Starting from a good place
Master class with Judith Hemming
Systemic work or interventions have their own diagnostic criteria and questions. In this workshop we will use the systemic approach to look at dynamics in brief encounters and learn how to investigate and get to the core of the issue. Clarity in the diagnostic phase supports to shape the frame within which the coaching, the interview, experiment or constellation can unfold.
Every meeting creates a challenge for the manager, coach, consultant, therapist or constellator. One needs to be swiftly and wisely focused in the diagnosis, to be phenomenologically open to whatever arises. To get out of the way so that profound and hidden dynamics can surface. This approach applies both in a therapeutic and a business context and affects depth and effectiveness of the process.
The following items will be covered: - eliciting helpful information - questions - deciding on priorities - finding the necessary resources and elements - including developmental issues - recognising trauma - preparing and educating the client - creating trust
This masterclass provides supervision so you are invited to work with issues from your workfield.
